Will it change my site's code?
No. One script tag; the menu renders in an isolated layer (Shadow DOM) and every adaptation is reversible.
Will it slow my site down?
No. The initial loader is tiny and the menu loads only when a visitor opens it — it never blocks page render.
Does this make me legally compliant on its own?
No tool does. Equa11y is a strong accessibility and personalisation layer, but full conformance (WCAG 2.2 / EN 301 549 / the EAA / ADA) also depends on your site's own code and content.
Is visitor data collected?
No — no cookies, no tracking. Preferences stay in the visitor's browser.
